Cody Ellefsen, DO, ABFM
Founder & Medical Director
Dr. Ellefsen was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest where he returned almost 20 years ago to begin practicing medicine and raise his family. While he maintains his board certification in Family Medicine, he has spent most of his career providing rural Emergency care to communities surrounding Spokane, Washington

In 2024, he was introduced to the world of hormone optimization and seeing its benefits both personally and among his patients, he has spent the last two years certifying in BHRT through Worldlink Medical, a leader in evidence based BHRT education.

He and his family enjoy spending time in the outdoors including hiking, biking, backpacking, water sports, snowboarding and travelling.
